Jill L. Gualtieri-DeCaro

An Old Bridge resident for 27 years, Jill is a dedicated community leader who raised her three children here. Her extensive community involvement began with leadership roles in the Walter Schirra, Carl Sandburg, and Old Bridge High School PTAs, and a decade teaching 1st grade at St. Ambrose Parish School of Religion.

 

Elected twice to the Old Bridge Board of Education, Jill navigated challenging times, making difficult decisions through economic uncertainty, state aid cuts, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Now representing Ward 4 on the town council, she tirelessly addresses resident concerns, tackles overdevelopment, and works to maintain open spaces. She's a strong supporter of the police department and administrative team, consistently providing a voice for Old Bridge residents and striving to improve services across the district.
